Q : How do I pay for my orders?
A : Once you have added your selections to your cart, checkout and there you will find our two methods of payment. We use paypal or if you don¡¯t have a paypal account, you can pay with a credit or debit card through paypal.

Q : What are grillz?
A : Grillz are hand crafted removable caps made from precious metals such as silver, gold and platinum that fit over your existing teeth. Grillz can also be made to hide any gaps or missing teeth in the mouth.

Q : Can I eat, drink, smoke or sleep with my grillz on?
A : We do not recommend doing any of those with your grillz on. In doing so may cause unwanted tarnish on the grillz and may cause tooth decay due to food particles getting caught between the grillz and your teeth.

Q : How long before my grill loses its shine?
A : Silver and gold will tarnish and lose some luster over time caused mainly by the bacteria from the mouth. But we have customers that have had their goldteeth stay shiny for over 5 years, so it really depends on how well you take care of them. We recommend non toxic jewelry cleaner for tarnish removal and jewelry polish rags for the shine.

Q : What is the maximum number of caps for a grill?
A : The maximum would be 24 caps (12 on top, 12 on bottom). This may be uncomforatable for most people so we recommend 10 on top and 10 on bottom if you want a more comfortable fit. 6 and 8 caps per top or bottom are most commonly purchased.

Q : How long will grill last?
A : Many of our grills we have made are last more than 5 years old and they are still in good condition.  It really depends on how well the person takes care of them.

Q : Can I use a grill as a retainer?
A : The answer to this question is no. Although grillz, like most retainers, are removable, grillz are not in any way used for dentistry purposes. Grillz are only for cosmetic detail.
